A Relatively bad day

16 01 2010

Many a times we come across a reply from our friends or relatives when asked how was their day that , ” My day was horrible ” or “  My day was very bad “.  On further inquiries on why the day was so terrible or so bad , you are informed it was because the person had to work overtime for a 15 minutes extra or the boss passed a stern remark on the person or the government officer made you run helter skelter without any particular reason or maybe even because the person had a fight with someone. Fair enough reasons ?

Similarly even i had a sort of bad day , had to face up a few things. While returning back , in the company bus admist all the sielence , thoughts coming up in mind , why me? Many of us might have got this feeling after a bad day , I have been praying regularly , i have been on the right track still such things happen.  The bus stopped at the signal besides a BMW car . It had that shine , the aura and again i wwent into a different world again. I started thinking of their life , the people who travel in these swanky cars . They must be blessed , they must be doing or must have done some things right to get there. Where am i going wrong ? and then   i noticed these kids on the signals ,  they were crying , hungry , no clothes . That was that end of thoughts for me , that was the sign that Life itself is unfair. A bad day for the BMW guy may mean a loss of 1-2 crores while a bad bday for me would mean a fight with a good friend and a bad day for the signal kids would mean 2-3 days of HUNGER!!

The point being  life or for that matter will have its ups and downs ,  it is a course of life. You might have had a bad day but there are millions of people who have a great day but still it is not better than your worst day. Keep praying and keep the hopes alive , next day will bring lots of sunshine!

this is so true…everyone goes through the same thoughts atleast once when we have a bad or a horrible day.
