The Perfectionist “SRT”

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar. To express anything about him words can never be enough and i know no one will want to debate on that. He had his debut in 1989 when i was barely 2 years old and even before i could understand cricket , i shall say i was a fan of Him. He has been the biggest influence on my life after my parents. The reasons speak for themselves .  During his career there have been so many obstacles , so many criticizms but HE has remained unfazed. One person who would be a best example to exlplain , actions speaks louder than words. People said he is slowing down , No more the old sachin , He surely has changed but for the better. People said , he is well past his peak , he should retire after 2007 world cup , He again let the bat do the talking. One incident would be stamped on cricket fans all across the world would be the unbeaten  double century (241*) in Sydney where after having a very poor series of Australia He decided to leave all balls outside off stump and let the bowlers come to him , That determination and grit has inspired me ever since. His latest 175 in Hyderabad , silenced his critics of his attacking abilities . His 117 in the CB series final followed by another 90 odd in the second final silenced people who said He does not score in finals.  He has scored his 47th test century and overall 92nd International century, nothing can speak more volumes. We have seen cricketers full of talent , we have seen some with un matched technique , we have seen some with passion and hunger , we have seen some with sublime tming , we have seen some who have been gentlemen , we have seen some who have been humble and modest. But you only find all of this in only one cricketer , Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar. Keep Walking SRT
